Audi A6 HC08 2J74Y - ETL Programming Error

I have problem with write new HC08 2J74Y.
EEprom write ok but flash write show (programmin error)
What's problem?

Gulu666 may i ask what 2j74y do you use? Was it China proc for cople bucks ... or eu original ... around 20€ .... or did you write in to original one? Coz i have same problem but they are china. Buy them cheep but noone want write flash ... only eeprom that why im asking :)

Today i have same problem with 2J74Y. Test write how 3K85K and no problem.
EEPROM erase, write, verify...Flash erase, write, verifiy.

Read and write by ETL HC908 prog.

I have the same problem, then I choise 3K85K mask, erase and write...everythink fine to 48% after that again Programming error to 50%, after that write to the end. Can you help me how to write the flash correctly? I have only ETL

I solved the problem. It was bad mcu.

I have same problem with chinese crap MCU.....read write only eeprom.......flash fail on 20%

I bought mine from ebay from England, but maybe that is not guarente for quality...
