Hi

i need to off this car
95p08 dump attached.
how do i know if off needs to be done in 95p08 or flash? or is it in both places? (do i need to cut any pins?)
or shall i try eeprom firs and if it wont start try flash?
any advice much appreciated

car doesnt start and fault read by lexia says
"permanent fault
engine immobiliser function . function faulty."

what shall i do next?
