SIM32 ecu clone

I have a defect SIM32 ecu of a Kangoo 1.2 with the following number S120201212D.
I found another SIM32 ecu, also of a Kangoo 1.2, but it has a different letter at the end S120201212F.
I have copied over the 95160 eeprom contents, but no luck. I have tried to immo off, but no luck again.
When I install the "new" ecu the cooling fan is on all the time and does not start.
Any suggestions? I have attached the files.

There is no external flash in this ECU and You cant do immo off only virgin can be done ,if You want to copy ecu You need to swap this BIG processor :-) immo is there.

Hi,
the sim32 is available in 2 different clock speeds. This is set up by the software in the cpu.
So either get a unit which oppereates on the same clock speed or clone the cpu as well as eeprom.
