channels keep scrambling ,bt sport etc

hi folks once again looking fo rhelp on my openbox f5s watching bt sport the other night and i was keep getting scrambled message every 5 mins are so do i need to re scan channel ?? ,thanks for any help much app

I use Virmin bb and all running very well, just curious as to why this provider was named!

Just heard lots of problems from last week and all involved where using the new Superhub 2 on Virmin
