Dear,your ecu (03E 906 023 AC) = year 2011 the immo off some times can't accept, in another post i see you need pin + cs,so what happen in the end with the pin + cs??? can't accept the adaptation??? anyway i load to you immo off try it...

Dash won't accept key coding.All OK,car still not start.
SAFE on display.
In cluster was DTC Key implausible signal,deleted,not anymore.
In engine ECU still DTC - Engine Control module disabled P1770.

I will try your immo off file and then we will see.

Do I need to write protect the eeprom?

Thanks guys,the dash was faulty,I repaired now all OK.
