toyota vitz error B2799

hello maters i got this VITZ wih smart key with error b2799
when i push the start button the lights goes on in the dasboard but can crank
it recognise the key or i cans witch on the car but
cant crunk what is the problem and got error B2799 in ecu
i tryed sync with 4 and 15 but it refuses

can any one sync it fro mw?

This DTC is output when the ECM detects errors in communication between the transponder key ECU assy
and the ECM or in the communication lines.
This DTC is also output when an engine start is attempted while the ECU communication ID between the
transponder key ECU and the ECM are different.
Before troubleshooting for this DTC, make sure that there is no DTC detected in the transponder key ECU.
If there is a key code?related DTC detected in the transponder key ECU, repair it first.

master i got one land cruiser 200 series.is lost all car key.
and i remove the the smart card i read the dump and i programing the key with tmpro tpx2.is acept to start the near to the boton .but wen i tray to ade smart key is not acept.i use t300.and wen wen is ask the put fist key in the programing near to the coil the tpx2 is not bip to ade onther key.
and i order key from vin number from dubay.ahmad abk.
is send me 2 SMART key toyota. but i dont now if of bcoz of tis. is show the pag 1 is D4 BUT IS show the type 71 dst40 smart key.i read with the cn900.

to add a new smart key, the registered key cannot be tpx2, need to be a registered smart key

smart key is correct, but dump need to be edited to accept this key :)
