VW external immo box with HC05 - D33J pin

i have this external immo box with HC05 - D33J the pin i get is 01165
i tried 1165 and 01165
both not working - INCORRECT PIN error
Lock out time ?
i read the dump with x-prog - solder chip out and read it in socket

Hello.

Dear,the pin 01165 is correct %100 + your loaded dump show have in 2 keys + part number 1H0 953 257 diesel.so wait ignition on 10 minute after try again must work.

that is what i also get the keys and diesel , this immo is on bench i took it out of the car and fitted a immo emulator now i am fiddling with this one and i saw immo off is possable in this chip
but yes so lockout is active then
