wan to ask about tex cloning

anyone know where can i download tex cloning for window 7??? i using window7 when i open that program it show me debugger detected [97]

is there anyway to open that program with window 7???? must use window xp?

XP only you can always run VMware in window 7 that way you can run it on any computer
i use it on windows 8.1
