When it Write flash i got "time out" and disconnect battery and try again. still timeout on 6% flash Write.

FAN runs all time and abs esp etc faultcode on dash.. think sam front is dead.

Can I fix this problem without buy a New front sam ?

did you had power supply connected to car and pc ?

Have done 20+ With engine runing. So no Power supply and engine runing

What year is your 221 why front SAM , AVDI always advice to read and save eep and flash of CGW . The CGW is not on front SAM it is under steering on the left side.

This is 2006, no milage in dash just ----- esp and light etc faultcode also. So is not the front sam that is the problem, it's Gateway ?

Easy fix with star online happen to me before. You can try delete all data on memory card and try do it again.

Dont delete all data because with used cgw if u edit chassis no dp3 remembers car and programs correct flash had it a few times with dp3 not that stable on these

Yes they will reprogram and everything will return to normal , try to find a specialist that has it rathe rthan the main dealers

Yes costumer have been to dealer and they update manualy the cgw and car working again.
