MB w210 '97 problem

I have a problem with the ignition switch key and W210.
The customer brought the broken key (status 8080?) And ignition.
I have read and CPU1 (CPU1-kline) and CPU2 (CPU2-kline) via K-line.
Dump key (KeyOrg28fb) is broken - you can not fix the program.
I have read through the programmer desoldering CPU1 (CPU1ORG) - dump 1/3 - the rest of the FF!
Dump CPU2 correct - full.
Any idea what's next?
Make CPU1 file, the file (CPU1-kline) and the other (FF) bytes from CPU2 dump?

write dump from cpu2 to cpu1, if key not work, program it again with new key dump
,,,what tool did you use to red CPU's via K-line?

After connecting to the car, EZS switch to twist and unlocks the ESL.
However, the car does not start, remote does not open the car.
It does not give power to the starter.
