VIN and mileage ... after that just do coding with ICOM (not always required)

if i make recoding with launch diagun? its have this function but i think its have corupt..so dont try.. vin in m35080???

Replace m35080 eeprom from old one to new one.

Replace m35080 eeprom from old one to new one.
only if it's same hw sw version dash.if no, write new vin in m35080 dump and reset mileage to 0km, then code with ncs expert in expert mode
