MMI Audi A8 2003

dont know if this can be posted here but need help with this one.
have a Audi A8 2003 that MMI stop working.
anyone know what the problem can be?
unit dont light up and when scan the car with VCDS i get message "cannot detect radio, navi, telephone 1100"

You need to do optical loop test with VCDS.Click on Applications and you will see it.
