Swap ecu iaw5nf.t1

i need swap ecu in fiat steelo, but client dont find same ecu only iaw5nf.t9 ... is it possible swap this 2 ecu or is big diferent in it? i pull it to car but car wont start and immo is switched on ... must wirgin it first? i disassemble it, vut dont find any eep inside only one 2904 but think is not a eep

must be you read the eeprom 95160 , make virgin , and after with mpps or galetto write the flash with other file ....and ....start your car.
