Kver, you will need the usb to uart adapter only.

When you connect the RX,TX,Reset and P2.(10), then you will need to connect the FVDI via usb port.
Dont need the usb to uart converter with 3V3 power supply.

It is enough the programmer adapter.

Important !!!! If you connect the LPC with beeprog ISP, then you will need to connect the FVDI to the USB port, bec the beeprog checking the VDD only (Don't need 3V3 power supply).

What 'KVER "sent us to was all good.

Not sure if it was the fault of firmware that died on the processor.

One thing is certain that yours was dead (has been shorted).

My friends used to have these made the firmware: F00022,F09464,F09465,A01193...etc

All work to date.
