CD30 MP3 Delphy Grunding Radio Safe

Hi . Can anybody help me.
I have change display and radio on Opel Corsa 2006 but after that on display read Radio Safe. and make beep every 3 seconds.

most simply: move the display eeprom old in that new

the car came without radio and display. i buy them bot is not from the same car..

Find display code from display eeprom ,and then mariie with OP com with radio.
I guess radio is in delivery mode.
