Wipper NOT Work AFTER CLONE ECU BMW E90

Hello every body have cloning full ecu bmw E90 old ecu was dead now new ecu all ok and start car just wipper dont work
some one know have meet this or know how to solve

Makes no sense..
Bonnet closed? Ye must have disturbed something or the motor failed or something like that.

What caused the old ecu to fail?

does it have non genuine hid lights
