Toyota crown B2799 no start

Hi All, got 2003 toyota crown japan market. Owner put into ignition other key and car dont start now. Got code B2799. Many times tryed to synhrone with pin 4 and 13 35-40 minutes . No result.
Someone help me to find immo or ecu eeprom corrupted?
Immo : 89780-30030 inside 93lc66
ECU :9661-3F330. inside 2 eeproms. one is IC601 93c56
key data . 4d67 read by AD900pro ; 32 D8 1E 14 D1 0B

the sync code is good , u need to check that the wiring from engine ecu to immo box problem .

leave the good key in the ignition and then insert the immo box , try to start .
