Visteon DCU102 Jumper 2,2 HDI how to open bottom of the ECU

Hello,

Does somebody know how to completely open Visteon DCU-102 from Jumper 2008?
I got water in ECU so my target is to open completely ecu in order to repair.

Personally I think you will lost your time with flooded ecu. I opened at least 10 and all dies in a month, then I replaced them.
Better buy one from scrap yard and clone it.

Problem solved I desolder several pads and two elcos + big block.
I am using dryer (evaporate) for BGA and not any device has been back.

ok but in botom side of sochets how can i do to unlock the silicone? thanks
