Hello members !
I'm looking for your help to replace eeprom contents from one defective EZS with 9s12XDT384 into other EZS with 9S12DT256.
Is possible to do this ?

I think not because of different file sizes.

eeprom have the same file size , I want to know how to change data from one to other not just copy ,,, which of course , don't work !

not work, have total diferent flash, and flash manage eprom adresses, diferent flash, diferent adreses in eprom

I suppose original mcu is defective.
In fact , the reason for which I want to do this is next :
after starting all functions on the van e.g. instrument cluster , central locking , air conditioner , windows open / close , radio working around 1/2 hour and then suddenly all of this dead and only engine work ok. On diag I have a lot of DTC regarding CAN communications between electronic modules.
I replace front SAM , cluster , disconnect from circuits airbag unit , radio unit , climatronic module. All these actions has no effect.
I replaced into EZS IC's for CAN communication w/o any effect.
If I stop engine and reinsert key into ignition lock and start again all functions came to normal for next half hour.
Any clue ?

What about ignition?
Check ignition cable and connections.
Have similar problem recently with citroen xantia was the ignition.
Or can contains somewere.
