I have a customer who has a tractor with bosch VP44 injection pump and perkins ECU. I want to read this ecu but never met perkins ecus. I regularly tune this engines on MF tractors.
You will have to read the ecu with bdm, there is no other option.
However, for write/programming, I use KessV2, there is protocol for writing.
Of course, you can also program with bdm.
I am using BDM100 EVC.

check where gnd is on ecu, that way you cant miss

adapter position is correct. Measured pin 3 and 5 to gnd. But thhere is a problem, galetto can't read. Error micro not supported..... :/

CMD read it all ok!!!!!
If someone very familiar with this machine and ECU, feel free to PM.
