hi to all dk member sorry that i keep post new thread and ask nd900

i try to use nd900 to decode with via computer... and i download all the software from www.clongking.com offical website for nd900

when i try to decode around 3 second it will keep auto close down then i will show this word

anyone know how to slove this problem ???

need 4d decoder box, decoding via pc won't work

that 4d decoder need to update ?? or just plug and play?? with supplier??

not all are plug and play , for mine i had to contact the supplier to send me an update to allow it to work
