+1 Never heard those before and now two BMW with hot start problem. What if you just fix your car, its not ecu problem.

any car with start quantity maps can have hot start fixed but best solution is fix the hardware

i had two bmw 330d with hot start problem, after few weeks booth starters was dead. so first try to repair starter motor
