Hello Peugeot 406 1.8 sagem SL96 no communication

Hallo I have a 406 1999 whit bsi and no communication whit engine ecu sagem sl96 the ecu runs pump and all 12+ and gnd and kL line 7 pin ok .I have tested second ecu from scrap yard but the same the bsi tells that no communication with engine ecu and diag failed PP2000 launch and Brain Bee nothing.

Is there some trick what I do not now I have never done the this type of ecu ?

sagem sl96 if is immobilized not respond on diagnoze, make immo off (in renault fenix 5 way) and after that you can make diagnoze
