Mazda 2 ecu clone

Hi friends

I have a Mazda 2 - 2008, 1.4 cd (diesel).
The original ecu is damaged.
I have a used ecu, but I need to clone it.
What kind of eproom/chip does it use?

Circled red is an eproom 95320. Could it be this one?
