Hi guys is there any thing out there that can modify hrs in tacho and digi cards?

I would imagine digital tachograph cards. Plain and simple if you can read from it and write back, then you can edit any storage medium. If you don't know how to write then you may have to break out the logic sniffer and figure out how the tachograph talks to it. Then how the records are stored. And finally any checksums for editing the records
