corsa d cc enable

Hi all, have trouble enabling cc via my 08/2010 china clone opcom. Cant program ipc or bcm wit this version it would appear. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
p.s. I have fitted the stalk and the missing cable between clockspring and bcm.

Use version 1.39. All other versions will not communicate with ipc
