peugeot 307 odo help

please i need help to increase odo value using bsi dump for peugeot 307 2003 eeprom 95160 the dump attached i tried using nyo4 or licznick they show me right value but car wont start and no km shows and the wipers start to work any help appreciated thx in previouse the bsi is j02 9651197480 or nfc 9651196780 valeo original km is 263916km i need 291000km i think to increase dont need dash it will take the bigger value

you can also just increase the dash and the bsi will follow!

the bsi is easier than dash but i am still in problem that dump is ok and all bsi pins ok nothing shows on dash wiopers keep working and lights on and no immo any ideas?
