If he means remote,remote will not work.
TM100 can't do remote key.
Only regular key.

Also get info from another automotive forum that cas4 not work and do not recognize the keys,Cas3+ bug when opening ecu dump
Koyot TM100 is not a bad tool but he need more work and more amelioration by the side of FLY engineers.......
Hope to own this tool next month,for toyota is the best!!

Can be a lot of reasons, that a car does not work.
1.transponder can be badly precoded
2 dump file can be badly preapred
3 eeprom can be badly programmed
4 eeprom can be damaged during soldering
5 bsi can be damaged
6 electrical system can be damaged
If you want to know the reason, you should check all these things.

in last days i do 3 cars with this Bsi, one from Grande Punto, two from Fiat Fiorino. In one Bsi i can't write back new dump, appear write protected. Anyone had same problem? in this BSIs maybe new version eeprom are write protected? Finally i finished the work with AVDI.

I know, i not had other eeprom in this moment. I only coment it because our mate check if dump was writed. Orange give me write ok, but really not change any byte in dump.
