DTC P0407 OFF

Can somebody remove this fault from superb 2.0 BMP edc16u31-34?The egr has problem and i have to disconnect the plug and then the light is on.I made egr off but same problem p0403 malfunction so i pulled out the plug.The fault number is signal too low p0407

P0403 is from broken two wires near the gearbox white and green, repair this and leave egr connected

This is edc16 no edc17 i have not white and green cables

Have you looked on the wire harness near the gearbox I'll bet there will be a problem, take a good look, sometimes it's looking good but on this inside there is a lot of corrosion

All are fine i checked.I checked until ecu.
