Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 9 ECU help with second Lambda DTC P0137 off

Hi,
Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X 2009 year , ECU Mitsubishi 1860A979 E6T72671. Car has Problem with second O2 sensor ( low voltage in circuit.)
fault code P0137, can anyone help with DTC OFF for this ecu? or rear oxygen sensor off.
Oxygen sensor is replaced and wiring is ok.

I have tested, no fault code in Ecu, MIL ON in dashboard. After fault code erase MIL off and after drive MIL ON in Dashbaord, Ecu no fault code.

just set Rear O2 Sensor off, not test.. had better you have bench write tool.
