Need some help mileage Correction in CHinese car DFM

Ic marked as atmlh13202c, I readed as 24c02

Current Mileage: 111.629km
New Mileage: 40.100km

I didn't take picture from back side (but seems like an very old model, the tracks are in a plastic lamin), when car comes back i'll post them
