Nec Key Tool Simon Touch for ESL

I have a problem with this tool nec key tool trust your help.
I tried reading ic nec from the key to program with the data obtained block ESL, the data read SKC are those in the picture, dump empty incorrect because this happens? some wrong step? I tried to contact the simon-touch support but how they suffer bad service. any of you had this problem? thanks for any advice

Firmware of device is damaged.

This is VERY common to happen in his tool. Simon will ALWAYS say it is YOUR fault... :chuncky:

They can fix it by teamviewer with the device connected on usb port.

They announced update on 15th, iks2015 finished on 18th, but still waiting for email answer for the update.

some of these big locksmith company are a joke the take your money and the will bleed you dry where is the custumer service half of theyr tools you can buy another house for the price and testing is done by the customer not the company selling theyr tool shame is time we make our own tools and then charge simon touch and other big company 10000 pounds for using theyr tool.

I had the same situation, but finally someone repiled on skype. In my case I also had problem with this IR key. Computer didn't detect it. They send the new one.
