Das errors when trying to open??

Hi I purchased a hdd with das 10/14 version, when I open das I get these errors:

The current key has been locked to another machine

And

This application has been registered to xxxxxxxxx


Can anybody shed any light on this please as my seller has decided to stop responding to me...
