Smart fortwo ecu software change

Hello, i put in my smart fortwo 600ccm 55hp, engine from roadster 700ccm 82hp. i change only engine with injectors and turbo, gearbox and ecu rest original. Now i need transfer software from roadster ecu to my ecu. if i change ecu, car dont work, but in engine ecu is gearbox software and is diferent. i need transfer only engine software. in attachment is both software read from fortwo and roadster. both engine and ecu is the same, only diference is bigest ccm, bigest turbo and injectors.

this is not ok

fortwo 600cc 55hp have MEG. 1.0 and 700xx 82hp roadster have MEG 1.1

700 cc have turbo with BCS and cyclyng valve, and 600 55 hp have simple vacum turbo control

engine wiring from 700cc not run in one 600cc 55hp

I make this project this week and is very complicated

Need for run ok:

600cc ecu 005 from 600cc 61hp car(cars from 2002 to 2003 have this ecu
need engine wiring from 600xx 61hp(have bcs wiring for new turbo) need change wiring for trust sensor, and for new canister (fuel tank)
Need new fuel tank 33l (if not the fuel level is not acurate)


and for end if have interested in run to 82hp (stock 005 ecu is 61), need remap this ecu to 1.0 turbo bost

very complicated and need parts from two cars type for run ok this project

my car is 2002 year, and my ecu is 005. My car get the same wastgate with 5 pipe as roadster, and all wiring engine is the same. the only diference is than old engine dont have egr.a car with new engine go normal, the only problem is that not have power...the diference is in injectors...i change a engine 4.000km ago and car with new engine is without errors in ecu. but turbo presure is max 0.6 bar.

if your car ecu is 005 is not a 55hp . is a 600 61hp, check, In your post say 55 and this is 004 ecu

the wiring is not identical, the wiring from 700 not have conection for jaw sensor(trust plus)

for boost to 1.0 bar need make scn with 82hp type engine, meg ecus from smart are multi map, and limiters are select in eeprom not in flash

the best option one remap to 1.2 boost for 005 ecus
