ford focus not crank.......

hello all.i have one focus came on my garage with the immo lamp blinking and the car don't start...after chainge the engine beacase broken , now i don't have either crank and the immo lamp blinking very fast...i read the files from ecu (93c86) and the dash 9s12h128 but i think is corrupted both...any one has some set for this car?
ecu is:
7M51-12A650-AEA
S118934201 A SIM28 1EBA
i post my dump's maybe someone guy can help me...

where did you lose the eeprom readings

I'll briefly describe what I did and what the car is doing wrong. I brought the car from another workshop where it was done a year ago, I don't know exactly what they did with it, I have two keys, probably original, but they are not stored in the eeprm (0 keys in the car), I tried checking all the fuses and power supply and pairing the keys, unfortunately after successfully calculating the incode and starting the procedure, it immediately fails, so it is not possible to register the keys to the car, I tried new transponders and the same result, all the units communicate. The connector to the instrument cluster is repaired (resoldered), currently I only have the eeprom from the instrument cluster, I will deliver the engine in a few hours. thanks
