golf6 dash svap

I have tray to change dash on golf6 1.6 2011 ori dash was MM second hand vdo nec
I transver everything mac pin cs programed new keys on table dash is ok but on car I have got immo error with help of yugo45 I cange and power class.
so on car I dont have immo error any more but car wont start
in immo no errors in ecu P15700
what could be wrong did I miss something

Igor you also need to mention that this car has that new system stop/start . Like if you in traffic you can cut engine off till you start moving.
I think this is a main problem.
