Clio 1.4 16v with EMS3134, immo off or emulator???

Hi, good morning.
I have a clio II, 2003, with EMS3134 ECU.
Is it possible in this car to make immo off in ECU?? or is a must to install an emulator??

312301 Hello friend. Im have this dump for Kangoo. tested OK,but not remember 1,4 or 1,6 kangoo. This archive have ECU number. Try and report please.
