edc17cp20 immo off ?! please help

Is possible to do immo off in audi a5 with edc17cp20 ?
Car has problem with steering lock after crash, i can't code an other one with car.
It will be great to do immo off with no immo displaying on dash. Here full dump readed with galletto :

friend if you get immo off,so how you open ignition to start? if the steering lock faulty so the immo off can't help you to start the car.
