Use the free me7_95040 tool to read and write EEPROM of the ME7.3.1.
Just use Google and you'll find it.

I don't know if it is possible to disable the immobiliser in the EEPROM, but here's a guide on how to make it virgin.

Hi friend i have with this way:

1) in bootmode i have write one file imo off Take from ecuvonix 3.2
2) i have start the car in immo off
3) i have rewrite in bootmode original file in the ECU.
4) car start ok after virgin.
