I can read the ECU via BDM and the content is ok.
Writing over BDM works also fine, but only OBD I can not communicate ECU :(

Does anyone have a solution for this problem? During opening is nothing broken on both sides !

car is working ? can you diagnostic all CAN controler ?

version do you use to read from OBD?
perhaps k line is not wired and you can read or write in the pin out of your ECU

car is not working mister, the fans go on
Software and checksumme , everything is fine

on bench, i try with VCDS Diagnose over CAN = no communication
VCDS Diagnose over K-Line = no communication

READ / WRITE over BDM = OK

double check that all the connector pins are ok .. I think that the connector may have a pin or broken wiring or the fuse is broken

serious now , i agree that the chip can be faulty , but just a question , if the car came in like this not starting , do the customer tell the whole story
i had this 2 times where the customer was at a other shop or backyard whery they tried to " tune it " or immo off the thing and corrupted the flash chip
that there was no coms to the ecu , ended up taking out the flash and did it in a programmer after that all good , but this is just my 2cents i add
