Anybody able to talk about the PIN in the Touareg's KESSY?

Hi all,

I've managed to dump the EEPROM from the KESSY module in my Touareg, and am on my way to figuring out how to decipher the information within. Is anybody able to share some secrets on this?

Alternately, is anyone on here able to retrieve my PIN for me (I'd really rather work it out myself so I have a better understanding of how it works)?

Hello.
1) there is eeprom in the kessy with memory 93c86 so after by solder remove this eeprom & after you can read it by good programmer & after save it and load it here to get the pin code, or any info in this dump.
2) why you need pin code?

I already have the dump handy, can upload it later - I was able to read it in circuit with my Raspberry Pi :biggrin:

Now I'm trying to use this information to be able to adapt a new key (Only have one currently). Hope to be able to figure out the encryption and/or obfu~~~~ion and really understand how it works, although I don't know how possible this is on my own hence coming here for some collaboration.
