Good evening

My customer told me to do a spare key for his Giulietta year 2013.
I taked the BCM out of the car and make some photos.
I've AVDI and Tango but none of this support this type of bcm.
My questions are directed to some experienced users like Simaservis and other skilled guys.
Where is the eprom with stored key info ?
Which type of eprom i can find?
It's on main board or the data are stored inside the main MCU?
http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=312875&stc=1http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=312876&stc=1http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=312877&stc=1http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=312878&stc=1
The main board and the power board of the bcm are connected trought some row of pins.
Seems only pressure inserted.I've tried to separate the two main board with no success.
Which is the best metod to disconnecct the two board.
http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=312873&stc=1
In the event I will capable to read the eprom contents , is it possible to manually precode the transponder with the help of Tagkey tool or Tango?
And after that adding the key with diagnostic equipement?
The euroscan1 user have added some useful information about Giulietta BCM but his BCM seems a bit different.
He find the PIN code and key data inside the epromc dump (95C320).
I'm a bit in hurry because if i can't resolve the thing I must decline the work and customer will buy a key from dealer.
Thanks in advance to all who want to share is experience and skill.
Many thanks to you all

Cheers

You need Magneti Marelli ID46 key - PCF7946.
Only ZedFull correctly precodes this on the market for now.
I have still not seen this BCM with 95640,only 95320.

Hallo

Thanks for your help.
Is the 95640 or 95320 the chip circled in red in my pictures?
Because i can't find anything similar around the board.
It is possible to manual precode the pcf7946.
I meant with the dump of body can someone give the correct value to precode pcf7946 manually, without havin zedfull?

Hallo

Just to add more information on this thread.
I've desoldered the eprom circled in red (label S64G 421704).
It's a 95640 type.
I've read with UPA.
In Tango software on Fiat submenu there is the Ducato 2012 with 65640 eprom.
I've selected it and load the file. The file is recognized successfully.I've read the original key and it's recognised as 1st key, Pin number is displayed correctly.
Now i'll precode the transponder and tomorrow after coding with diagnostic, i'll testthe key.
Just to add something. The latest release of Multiecuscan have the ability to code Fiat-Alfa and Lancia key.
Yesterday i've coded a Panda 2014 keys without problem.
I know , many tools can code Fiat key.Now also this soft can do coding.

Cheers and thank you very much for your support and for sharing knowledge

Hallo Sima

I've seen in Zed-Full brochure that thus type of body is fitted on: 500L , Ducato 2012 (and french variants), Daily 2012.
The description is Type 5 Magneti Marelli BCm with ID46 type of transponder.
I've seen in Tango software the Ducato 2012 keymaker (I've Fiat software activated), so i've tried to load this file and all is ok.
By the way this is the eprom you need.Take a look and share your finding.

312996

Unfourtunately in Tango and AVDI there isn't the 95320 variant of this body.

Cheers

Hallo SIma

I confirm the pin code is right.
A couple of minutes ago i've coded sucessfully the key with Texa.Multiecuscan failed the procedure because doesn't ask me the login and abort the procedure.Probably a bug.
Tango generated a ready to start dump, but because i wasn't sure all go ok i prefered to leave intact the eprom and try to code the key with diagnostic.

Have a nice day

Blinda.
Do you need the original dump and the modified dump with key added?
As i told in my last post, i've leaved the dump as original and added the key with diagnostic.
By the way Tango precode the transponder and generate a new dump with ready to start key?

Tango make only immo part ready to start as far i know. For remote you need learn key like you have done.

Yes Tango make only immo part.
By the way I've done a normal spare key not a remote one.
Seems that the only two tools capable to made working remote keys are TMpro2 and Zed-Full.

I checked my old and working key and he is ID46 with PCF7936, New key from ali for alfa gulietta is with ID46 PCF7946...

My question is, is it the problem because these two different chips, multiecuscan cant reprogram new key?

On ebay and aliexpress I cannot find new key with PCF7936 for alfa gulietta, all keys for gulietta is with PCF7946... How can I fix the problem and make new key with workings button

PCF7936,PCF7946=ID46
PCF7936 - only immo chip
PCF7946 - immo chip and remote part
You order remote key, so it's OK, but im think, better is buy org used key and replace PCF7946.
If don't precode remote part, then never synchro remote by obd2, only immo with correct SK.

You need to precode pcf7946 to your car.
You need BCM data and some equipment like TMpro2 AVDi and so on.
Without precoding you can't learn the key to the car.
You can remove pcf7946 from your old remote and resolder it on new remote.

Cheers
