Noobie need help with DM500s

Hi Guys I've jujsty bought a DM500s and a serversub, but i have got no idea how to flash an image onto the dream box 500 to recieve the signal from the server i have got is there any images i can download flassh\ then add y server deets and it will work, any help greatly apppreciated or which image is the ewasiest to get up and running, Cheers peeps
