opel corsa d 1300cdti ecu replacement

hello to all
i have a corsa d 1300 cdti with water in ecu and tottaly dead ecu
the ecu number is 55568383kz mjd 6o3.s3
my problem is that i cant find second hand ecu like this
and i find only 55198930cn mjd 6o3.s3 from corsa d
if i will take this ecu will the car work?
if yes need only eeprom change or i have to programm and flash?
and help appreciated

what is the difference betwwen the two ecus?only with eeprom will work?

solved.....the second ecu fits to the first.....i found the two pin codes, i fited the second hand.did reset ecu,reprogramming the configurations and reprogramming the immo and the car started....all ok now

Hi, i need a backup file of the MCU 563 for this model ecu, I have the eeprom and flash file from damaged ecu, but no luck with mpc563 reads, thanks in advance ecu 5556382KY
