Motorola 0F62J mercedes w202 problem

How to read motorola 0F62J QFP 64 from Mercedes W202 immobilizer box using x -prog programmer.
I put motorola on the adapter and I tried read as HC05B16 but stops on bypass.


anyone knows the solution ?

problem solved, I read with ETL

Xprog not good for HC05,use ETL.

I do not know how but some people easily read these processors using Xprog as hc05b16 or hc705b16 ,
maybe they change oscillator frequency settings ?
I'll try to read it ETL, simaservis1108 thank you for your help.

oscillator frequency2000kHz, in circuit dont read/write xprog, use external board and connecting with manual. Work good
