Lexia 9780.z5

Hallo,
I have yet another request for help. I have Lexia 9780.z5 diagnostic head, that is missing a key element. Can someone help me identify that component so i can perlace it?
I tried numereos smd markings sites and no result. The element N. written on the case is 0223 it has 6 legs and from what I undertsand is used for powering the mcus.
