The file has correct checksum. P0601 - Internal fault of the ECM. Maybe you should to change the ECM?

Just clone ECM. Write Your file by BDM to new ECM then write it again but by CAN with the same file. Tested and 100% works.

You can also to use TECH-2 and GlobalTis for SAAB to replace the ECM without BDM cloning.

Hi if i make clone the new ecm maybe transfer from old ecm and error p0601 in new ecu ?
Why the p0601 is error in software (checksum error).

I have same problem, i read the ecu on bench through the can lines on the connector. then i swapped the flash chip over to new ecu. then was going to write the file obd.

When i plug new ecu in i have same fault code P0601 with flash chip swapped... :(

Correct cloning for the ECM can be done via BDM reading and writing or using TECH2.
