Afternoon all. I am currently getting frustrated with my Skybox F5S. Everything has been working spot on for ages now. However, since the weekend my box is showing as offline, even though when i use a tester site it is showing as green or live.

It's not an internet issue as the apps on the box (specifically weather app) are working fine.

sorry if i am breaking the posting rules, not sure how to word this without mentioning that which should not be named.

any pointers in the right direction would be great.

i have checked my router settings (which haven't changed) and all seems well (the router sees the box, and the box sees the internet).

It is literally having my life lol.

thanks again

Hi Exactly.. if internet is working and free channels are working then you're box cannot be offline. I take it the pay channels are saying 'SCRAMBLED'. Have you check settings are correct. Try rebooting everything and see if it wakes up.

check with your provider mate
in cccam menu, if the cline is offline and internet is working fine eg check ethernet cable (assume its connected by ethernet) with a laptop and all working, then its the provider,
they can trace the cline for you and see when it was last online...
