VW GOLF PLUS 2006 REAR SEAT REMOVAL

Hi has anyone got instructions on the best way to remove the rear seats do I just unbolt the runner at the front and slide off or is it more complicated thanks.:withstupid:

solved pop out plastic plugs in front of rear seats undo bolts slide seats forward and undo four runner bolts seat is split and comes out in two parts heavy buggers as well lol

Thanks a lot mate. I was really stuck with those damn seats...I charged double the charge to replace a damn fuel pump!
