Hello can someone please remove NOX sensor and delete DTC from this ecu MED7.1.1?

i think i have same problem.. audi a4 b6 2.0 fsi NOx sensor going crazy.....
i have no idea how or what to do but what should i do after downloading it ??
im total noob soz....:torn:
